Shipping policy

At Tsonga, we have made it a priority to offer the best shipping that we possibly can to all of our customers around the world. For South African, SADC and International deliveries please order on the South African site: www.tsonga.com and for Australian deliveries please order on the Australian website: www.tsonga.com.au

All shipping times provided herein are estimations only. Out-of-control factors such as customs clearance, unfavourable weather conditions, Holidays or Peak times can cause shipping delays (SADC countries & International). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we deliver your Tsonga order to wherever you are.

In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before goods are released from customs. Customs fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. Tsonga does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where the customers do not pay customs fees and results in items that are not cleared. Please note that in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion. Don't hesitate to contact your local customs office if you have additional questions.

How long will it take for me to receive my order once I place it online?

South Africa

It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for payments to clear into our bank account. Once payment has been confirmed the order will move into the processing queue where stock is then sourced and packed accordingly. 5 to 7 working days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email from us including your waybill information for tracking via our courier service, Aramex. Courier from date of collection can take up to 5 working days.

SADC Countries & International

It usually takes between 24 to 48 hours for payments to clear into our bank account. Courier from the date of collection can take up to 5 working days.

 
What is your shipping policy?

South Africa

We offer free shipping within South Africa on all orders over R1500. For orders under R1500 we charge a R110 shipping fee (door to door) or R85 shipping fee (click & collect) regardless of how many items make up this order. From the time of collection you will need to allow for 5 working days for your parcel to arrive with you. No deliveries will take place over weekends or public holidays.


You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and it is in the queue for collection from our courier company. You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking number that was sent through to you with your order confirmation. You will be redirected to the Aramex website where you can enter in your tracking number and details regarding your parcel will be populated. Once the parcel is in the hands of the courier service it is best to follow up with them directly www.aramex.co.za

SADC Countries & International

Shipping rates are dictated by the courier service and are calculated at checkout. From the time of courier collection, you will need to allow for 5 working days for your parcel to arrive with you. No deliveries will take place over weekends or South African public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and it is in the queue for collection from our courier company. You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking number that was sent to you with your order confirmation. You will be redirected to the DHL tracking site where you can enter your tracking number and details regarding your parcel will be populated. Order cancellation and adjustments

Out of stock items: if an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care representative will communicate this with you to discuss a solution. We are unable to backorder items that are out of stock.
